You buy a ticket for a particular game and not necessarily on a particular date. Therefore if the game is cancelled we offer a refund equal to the face value of the ticket, a ticket for the rescheduled date or a ticket to an alternative game. The last option may incur a further payment or a small refund.

For all tickets printed with the name of the customer, in case you can not access to the ground, will not be the responsibility of Champions League Tickets LTD, although we will inform you before ordering your tickets to let you know the situation previously.

Please, be advised that hotel reservations are subject to availability, in case we can not confirm the hotel you’ve selected, we’ll offer you another hotel of the same stars or higher.

It is the responsibility of the traveller to know the exact kick off time and date of a match. You can check local press and websites for exact schedules, at www.lfp.es and www.uefa.com you will know the exact kick off time and date.

How can I pay?

Is the payment secure?

IMPORTANT:
All orders paid with using American Express credit card will be definitive; these orders can not be cancelled or refunded.

During the transaction, no information will be revealed related to the contents of your order, and all that shall be noted will be the cost of the same and the reference number.

Where I can pick up my tickets?

You have 3 options for the events in United Kingdom:
Delivery in your home or office.( If tickets release is at least 10 days before event )
Delivery in the hotel where you will be lodged.

For the events out of United Kingdom - at the hotel and by a courier.

How do I know if my purchase has been made correctly?

Within minutes you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details, including the event(s), number of tickets and their category. We'll contact you by email if there's any problem with your payment.

Do all the events have tickets available?

- in stock events with tickets available Once bought, the tickets are not subject to refunds or excahnges.

- on request: The tickets shown in orange and NOT confirmed. Once we receive the ticket(s) request, we will do our best to find the tickets for you. Within 48 hours you will receive details of the ticket(s) we can offer you, which you can then confirm or decline.

What do I do if I dont know where I will be staying when I buy the tickets?

When placing your order, there is an option you can select if you dont know where you are going to stay. As soon as you know, send us an e-mail with the order number and the name of the hotel were you will be staying.

Are the prices quoted on your web-site the face value of the tickets?

No, all prices reflect our cost of obtaining preferred skating , and are base don supply , demand and SEAT location. We sell you a pack, not just the ticket. The pack includes the courier charge (in United Kingdom) , the ticket(s), and coach transfer (FC Barcelona home matches).

Can I buy tickets for events that do not appear on your website

Send us your request by e-mail and we shall do our best to find your tickets and get back to you as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- The cancellations and/or returns are subject to the following conditions:

Ticket orders can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the event, as long as there is a valid reason for the cancelation. And only in the following cases:

- The rate of cancellation will be in all the cases of 5%.

Cancellations and/or returns in any other case will not be accepted. It is responsibility of the customer to know with exactitude the date and hour of a party, which can be verified in the local press and Web sites. The website: www.lfp.es will be able to know the schedule exact.

However, in the case of an unjustified cancellation the tickets from that order will be resold whenever possible, in an attempt to refund the money to the customer in question.

IMPORTANT: The orders paid with credit card American Express will be definitive; these orders could not be cancelled nor will be made returns of the paid amount, in no case.

Champions League Tickets is a receptive travel agent for international events, specialized in obtaining tickets for packages, which are especially difficult to obtain for shows or events that are sold out. Through our network of contacts and suppliers, we are able to obtain tickets for almost any event in any city.

The use of the Portal implies the condition of being a user of the Portal (hereafter "the User") and implies full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the regulations included in this Legal Notice in the version published by Champions League Tickets at the moment that the User accesses the Portal. Therefore, THE USER should carefully read this Legal Notice every time they decide to use THE PORTAL, as it could be subjected to modifications.

4.- Availability.- Tickets for all types of event are subject to availability. Owing to the nature of our work, tickets can be supplied on the same day as the event.

In the case of purchase of several tickets for the same event, we cannot guarantee that they will be located alongside each other, or even in the same row or section.

5. - Cancellations:
- The cancellations and/or returns are subject to the following conditions:

These circumstances are beyond the control of Champions League Tickets and therefore the cost of tickets cancelled for such reasons shall not be returned. In any case, the responsibility of Champions League Tickets shall solely be for the price shown on the ticket.

7.-Transport.- Champions League Tickets accepts no responsibility for damage, delay, cancellations or inaccessibility of public or private transport for uncontrollable external causes such as flooding, fire,war activity, revolutions or any other circumstance beyond the control of Champions League Tickets.

8.-Impossibility of obtaining tickets.- If the tickets required by the client cannot be obtained, Champions League Tickets reserves the right to obtain instead tickets belonging to the immediately higher or lower category (with the consequent return of the proportional cost) depending on availability, or to cancel the purchase order with no further obligation than the return of the cost paid.

Champions League Tickets shall make every effort to obtain the ticket requested, but cannot guarantee, in any way, that it will obtain said tickets, or accept responsibility for any failure to do so. Should such a circumstance arise, Champions League Tickets will have the sole obligation of returning the quantity paid for the tickets that could not be obtained.

Exemption of responsibility for functioning of the web site

Champions League Tickets does not guarantee that the web site will constantly be dependably and correctly functional, without delays or interruptions, and therefore Champions League Tickets takes no responsibility for damage or prejudice caused by possible unavailability or technical discontinuity of the web site.

Champions League Tickets accepts no responsibility for any damage and/or prejudice and/or unobtained benefit by the user or any damaged third party as a result of any uncontrollable circumstance, any incident, failure or error of communication systems, or defective service supply or Internet failure.

Champions League Tickets does not guarantee that the content of the Portal will always be up to date, nor that the content contributed by users or training centers will observe laws, morals, good faith and/or decent behavior, or that they do not contain some kind of error, such that Champions League Tickets accepts no responsibility for any damage and/or prejudice and/or unobtained benefit by the user or any damaged third party as a result of the same.

Champions League Tickets accepts no responsibility for any damage and/or prejudice and/or unobtained benefit by the user or any third party caused directly or indirectly by connection and/or use and/or access to our web site or pages linked to it, and is therefore not responsible for any damage and/or prejudice and/or unobtained benefit by the user or any third party for the following causes:

Incorrect functioning, defects, failures and/or damage caused totally or partially to the user's hardware or software.

Applicable law and legal responsibility

The user or training center accepts that the legislation applicable to the functioning of this service is Spanish Law and it shall be the legal authorities and courts and tribunals of Barcelona that shall resolve any divergences derived from interpretation or application of this clause.

In case we can not delivery the tickets to the clients in hand, the tickets will be delivered at the porter’s lodge (in a private house) or at the reception of the client hotel. The porter or the concierge will be responsible to hand over the tickets delivered by Champions League Tickets to the client, so the client will accept our receipt with the signature of the porter/concierge and the stamp of the hotel as a valid delivery receipt. The user can also select collect the tickets at our office.
